Final registration dates are Monday, July 9 from 6pm- 8pm and Thursday, July 19 from 6pm – 8pm at the Trumbull Library on Quality Street.
Pictures for pre-certification will be taken at registration so all players MUST be present.
You will need to bring the following to final registration:
- Wallet sized picture of your football player or cheerleader
- Pop Warner Participant’s form (if you did not pre-register) – CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD
- A copy of your child’s final report card (it must have all three trimesters)
- Pop Warner Medical form stamped by your doctor – CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD
- If you are new to the Trumbull Pop Warner Program you will need to bring your original birth certificate and a copy
The total registration fee for the program is $250. Many of you paid $100 at pre-registration. You will need to pay any remaining portion of this at final registration.
Children who turn 7 before July 31 are encouraged to join our football and cheer program.
